Sequoia the Dog needs a home
Life for Sequoia prior to coming to CLC RR was very unsettling, full of many other dogs, and inconsistent care. She has carried the trauma she experienced in her past into her new life and although she is learning that new things don't have to be terrifying, patience is an absolute for this dog. Gentle and sweet in nature, she will accept kind and patient courting from people of all ages, but quick movements and too much activity are very scary! Sequoia's body and her stature indicate her husky ancestry, combined with herding influence, and there is a possibility of some shar-pei, basset, and labrador sprinkled in.
